Refund policy

Our 30-day guarantee

Try your Infancito cover for 30 days from the day it arrives. If it isn't right for you, send it back for a full refund of the product price. You're allowed to actually use it; it doesn't have to be unopened.

How to return

Email info@infancito.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address and instructions. Please don't post anything back before contacting us, as parcels sent to the wrong address can't be traced.

Return postage

If your cover is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we cover return postage and you can choose a replacement or a refund. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, since we can't refund a parcel that doesn't reach us.

Refund timing

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. If you cancel within 14 days of delivery, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the money.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. It doesn't affect them.
