This website is operated by Denbright Ltd, trading as Infancito, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17474253), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact: info@infancito.com. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. A contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or there's a pricing error, in which case we'll refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken through Shopify Payments when you place your order.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel within 14 days of delivery under UK law, and our 30-day guarantee gives you longer. See our Refund Policy for details.

Using your Infancito cover safely

Always keep your baby in view and check on them regularly while they're under the cover, and make sure air can flow freely.
Never leave your baby unattended or asleep under the cover.
Only use the cover as a stroller or car seat canopy while you're with your baby, and never over a car seat while the car is being driven.
Remove the cover in hot conditions if your baby shows any sign of overheating.
Check the cover for damage before each use and follow the care instructions on the label.

Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable, or for misuse of the product against the safety guidance above. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited under English law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

All content on this site, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Denbright Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
