Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland. We can't deliver to BFPO addresses at this time.

Costs

Free delivery on all orders over £50. Orders under £50: £4.99 standard delivery.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5 to 9 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Times are estimates and can stretch during peak periods or carrier delays.

Customs and extra charges

The price you pay at checkout is the total price. You won't be asked to pay any additional import duties or taxes on delivery.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 15 working days, or your order arrives damaged, email info@infancito.com with your order number and a photo if relevant. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email info@infancito.com within 12 hours and we'll try to fix it before dispatch. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
